The grand opening
On February 15, 2020, the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kharkiv, Poltava and Sumy regions took place in the city of Kharkov along Poltavsky Shlyakh Street, 7. The first were acquainted with the work of the institution - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan Samat Ordabaev, Chairman of the Kharkiv Regional Council Sergey Chernov.

Najafli Emin Musa Ogli was appointed Honorary Consul of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kharkiv. The Consular District covers Kharkiv, Poltava and Sumy regions.
He was born on May 6, 1977 in the Azerbaijan city of Agjabadi.
From 1983 to 1992 he studied at Agjabedin City School No. 9.
From 1992 to 1996 he studied at the professional lyceum in Antalya at the Faculty of Hotel Business and Tourism.
From 2006 to 2010 he studied at the National Law Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav the Wise, received a bachelor's degree in law, majoring in law.
From 2010 to 2012 he studied at the National University "Law Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav the Wise", received a diploma of specialist-lawyer in the specialty "law".
From April 2016 to the present he held the position of Deputy Kharkiv Representative Office of the International Union of Businessmen of Ukraine and Turkey.
From July 22, 2015 to the present day he performs independent professional activity as a lawyer of Najafli Emin Musa Ogli (Certificate on the right to practice law # 1943 dated July 22, 2015).
From 2016 to 2018 he held the position of Managing Partner of the Ukrainian-American Bar Group.
On May 24, 2019, he received an honorary thanks for the development of partnerships between Ukraine and the Republic of Azerbaijan from Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Ukraine Azer Khudiyev.
25.06.2019 - defended his dissertation for obtaining a scientific degree of Candidate of Law (Law) on the topic "Administrative and Legal Principles of Advocacy in Ukraine"

Associate Member of the Ukrainian Bar Association.
He is fluent in Turkish, Azerbaijani and Russian, also speaks Ukrainian.
Married, has 3 children.
